PURCHASING PROCEDURE
At BabyBloom you can checkout using all types of credit and debit cards or using PayPal.
We do not accept direct bank transfers or cash on delivery.
When you shop online with your credit card, all of your information is entered into a secure SSL web page.
Your information is then encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction are pre-authorized and approved.
Your credit card information will never be stored on our servers.
SHIPPING
All orders will be processed and handled by our warehouse the same day the order is placed. Please allow extra time for order processing during holidays.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be shipped the same day if possible or the next day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
Please contact us if you do not receive tracking confirmation after 2 business days from the day you completed payment.
We will email you tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped. You will usually receive your tracking number the day after your order ships.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return an item, please contact us here within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
Our customer service will review the return request and send further instructions if the return is approved.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you have received incorrect, missing and/or defective merchandise.
Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and any references regarding receipt of the package.
We will do our best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
Returns processing can take up to 7 business days from the day we receive your return.
We will send you an email to confirm that your return has been processed.
